It’s 2024 upgrade

It always surprises me when Companies that are obviously tech savvy have apps that look like they were created in 2007. Please do better. Simply invest in an adequate upgrade for this app. Many Real estate professionals use iPads due to the portability. Your competition has better.

How could I give it a higher score?

So, this app appears to generally give the same info as the online plate form....I think. The main problem is that all the font is in WHITE with a WHITE background! See the problem with this? Would love to be able to change that, can’t figure out and can’t get an answer. But there SURLEY has to be a cure for this. Kore than happy to add stars, just can’t while it functions like this.

Crash, Crash, Crash

App crashes when you toggle showing anything overlayed on the map; APN, owner’s name, or sq footage. Crashed in iOS 13, iOS 14, and now iOS 15. On an iPhone 7plus and and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The DataTree web interface works great. Apparently Apple isn’t given real DataTree login credentials because otherwise they’d see it’s unstable.

Change the font from white to black, and you have a functional app.

Love It!

This app is great! Love the convenience! I can be on to go and if a client has a question I can give them an answer right away!

Worthless

No search functionality. The app serves absolutely no purpose.

Great application for reports and document images. Very easy to use and leverage for property data.

Still white on white text!

New update? Still has White on white text. Desk top work fine, the app is their lowest priority. Super jank
