One of few “fair” online sites anymore!!
I am a hobbyist at heart, and collect numerous rare, hard to find items…including Nike (mostly Jordans, but there are some others, like the Air Max Pennys that I like a lot). I can count on one hand how many “collectible” sites have a fair way for everyone to have a chance to buy at retail, and to top it off, they reward you with early access based on your purchases, site activity, etc. No, I do not work for Nike, nor have a EVER received anything “free” from them…and I don’t write reviews very often either. Bots have destroyed multiple hobbies, and have wreaked havoc on a lot of other markets (PlayStation, Xbox, you name it) as well, making it even harder in an already “weak” economy for average people to even get a chance. Don’t get me wrong…I’ve taken as many “L” as anyone else…but at least I had a chance to try…and I’ve received a few exclusive access opportunities, to include the off-white 50’s…so from someone who has the worst luck in the world, and never wins, don’t let an “L” (or multiple) discourage you from continuing to try…seeing “Got ‘em!” Pop up On your phone is an amazing feeling 🙌

Are you enjoying SNKRS???
That’s a rhetorical question, of course no one is enjoying it. The reason why is the approach of “direct to consumer” is a failure. The shoe buying experience is no more, no more mom and pop shops. Now I’m supposed to get in virtual line for shoes?? Don’t even try when it’s a “limited” hyped shoe. You’re just gonna get error after error on App when trying to checkout bc you’ve allowed bots and individuals to corner your site. So in turn, regular people like myself who would wear the shoe can NEVER, NEVER get a pair. I refuse to pay a 16yr old triple the price for a pair aftermarket. There has to be better ways of monitoring who’s placing orders. Don’t you have address/phone number/credit card info?? Wouldn’t it be simple enough to look through accounts and ban folks or cancel their orders out of “Fairness”. Don’t you have some fancy algorithm that can do this process of elimination for you? The same people keep getting every release and to be honest I’ve really given up on my passion for sneakers. 25+ years in the game as a loyal Nike customer/supporter and this is the thanks we get?? I find it interesting that you keep running a survey about the very problem you created. Nike..you created this problem. The day you muscled the little shops and gave all allocations to the “majors” like Kith, sneaker politics, etc. you single handed ruined the culture.

Ridiculous
I recently tried to purchase a new pair of 1’s that came out. I logged on just in time my payment info was already in all I had to do was click the purchase button come 10 o’clock and I did just that. It told me my order was pending and that they’ll let me know if I got them or not. 2 seconds later I got a notification that I “got em” and they sent me a verification email with my shipping details. They gave me an arrival date of May 29th and now today I received an email saying my order was “cancelled”. Confused, I called nike (waited 45 minutes so I assumed this happened to multiple people) and they basically said the reason my order is cancelled is because they have no more in stock. So my whole point is don’t send people verification that they “got” the shoe cause that makes it seem like you guys have an absolute pair reserved for me when you didn’t. When you purchase shoes on snkrs and they send you verification saying you “got” the shoe it actually IS FALSE they have no reserved pair for you once they check your order in which it was received in and they have no more in stock they just cancel the order. Very silly. Don’t get me wrong I believe in “first come first serve” but if I wasn’t one of the first and don’t actually have a pair reserved for me dont send me verification saying I got them then cancel my order 5 days before the day you guys TOLD me they would arrive. Makes no sense to me.

I’ve never gotten a win!!! I’ve had app for 4 years
I want to start off buy saying I’m a big time sneaker head. I know that there are obviously other men women and young adults that feel the same. All the time and effort I put into this is crazy for me not to hit at least at least 1 time 1 time !!! I I’m on this app faithfully!!! I mean to the point that It makes my wife look at me crazy!!! What’s the point of the app if you can’t even buy a pair of shoes every shoe that I’ve tried to get was nothing but waste of time and effort i’ve took nothing but L after L after L i’ve had this app since 2017 I’ve i’ve tried to get every heart release since I’ve had this app and I have not hit no over exaggeration since 2017 and I have not gotten a chance to buy a pair today I lost it with Nike snker app my brother sat next to me not even a sneaker head doesn’t have love for sneakers like I do hasn’t spent a dime or the time gets the app and hits on the hyper royal like what the F#%k is that i’ve been on since 2017 i’ve spent crazy amounts of money on sneakers four years on this app and never hit crapBet you Nikki won’t even get back at me

Bots killed the Game
I am a huge sneaker fanatic since a child and I remember whenever a sneaker dropped you could walk right into the store a week later and still be able to cop some heat for retail. Now a days we have a bunch of kids using bots to buy out all of the stock just to mark that sneaker up an extra $100 to $200+ above retail which is ridiculous. I haven’t won one draw yet and I’ve always been on time and ready to go to purchase whatever sneaker is available at the time and no success. Your team need to do a better job at focusing on taking out these bots so we can actually have a fighting chance to purchase a sneaker we actually want, sneakers we are actually gonna wear and not resell. This is the reason why I’ve haven’t bought a new pair of kicks in the past 2 years because I don’t wanna pay $500 for sneaker that sold retail for less than $200 that is stupid to do especially in these times. I have 2 young boys that once the time comes they are gonna wanna purchase shoes just like their daddy but I wouldn’t be able to afford buying my 2 boys the latest heat because I would have to pay resell cost or get extremely lucky which that’s just not fair. Fix this and maybe I’ll give this app 5 stars but until then you will continue to get negative reviews from not only me but other unhappy fans of this product. P.S. you have a lot of unhappy fans. (FIX THE APP/ STOP THE BOTS)

Disappointing
Over the years this app has NOT gotten better at processing orders correctly it’s either you get it or you don’t and for me, family & friends sometimes even strangers over the internet it’s 98% of the community that don’t get to cop, even with pre set Information like your size or payment information this app continues to freeze or just don’t process your info correctly or on time 10:00 am drops an sold out at 10:00 am makes 0 sense you can have the highest WiFi or 4G 5G service nothing this is so disappointing, you can’t even get regular sneakers sometimes much less SBs or Jordan’s etc smh just very disappointing because I love the app an all the exclusive sneakers it offers but it’s VERY DISAPPOINTING that this app has NOT gotten better smh!! it’s not fair for those that want to cop sneaked at RETAIL PRICE!!! I refuse and maybe this is why I’m so upset an frustrated but I refuse to go on other 3rd party apps an pay $350-$500+ on sneakers that RETAIL for $110 that’s not fair in anyway I really hope you guys get it together GET RID OF THE BOTS SO US REGULAR FOLKS COUKD ENJOY SNEAKERS AGAIN!!!

SNKRS app is a disappointment for Nike
I am confused how this app is so poorly constructed and how little consideration has been made for the end user, the customer. This app lacks any customer empathy for many reasons: 1. The app has the ability to notify you. The notifications show up 8hrs AFTER the drop. Or, the notification for reservations pops up and when you click it, it takes you to the overwhelming content feed and not the space to put in a bid for a reservation. When you open the app hours later, it shows the reservation image with the window being closed. 1. It is impossible to get any desired drops - why have them!? The format included a lottery system and it is just as impossible and way more ambiguous than when the bots just bought all stock in .02seconds. 3. When the drops are first come first serve, you select your shoe, all necessary data is already stored so essentially you only have to click pay. But nope, somehow it will linger after you press buy for a few minutes, automatically refresh and show the shoe is sold out. 4. The content feed = feature bloat! Like seriously what is the point? Put this on IG/Tiktok/Snap/Twitter/YouTube…actually it is already there. This is overloading the app and drastically reducing the performance for the actual things people open the app for.

LOVE THIS APP 5 STARS ALL THE WAY
I love everything about this app and I’m going to more than likely get on it every single day for the rest of my life. One of the things I really love are the videos about the shoes that are releasing, because it gives us a story behind it and i feel it gives us more of a history lesson behind it. When i first started using the app i was super frustrated because I wasn’t able to get ANY of the shoes i wanted. As time has gone on and I’ve been on here more consistent i keep getting the GOT EMS. Honestly, there is no better feeling in the world than seeing that notification on your screen pop up after anticipating that shoe all month, reading about it, watching videos, and just becoming all around obsessed with the shoe. I honestly think there should be more shock drops and more early access but all in all i love this app, and i really enjoy being on it. I also noticed that the quality of the shoes i get are TOP NOTCH QUALITY! Keep up the great work, and thanks again for everything SNKRS. Hands down the best sneaker app out!!!

This App Is Terrible And Rigged
Just like the subject says!! Don’t believe the hype, if this was 2016, then I’ll be saying otherwise but ever since the hype of sneakers became more popular to the public it has become IMPOSSIBLE! To even try a secure a pair of sneakers! The Public is having a long term battle now with resellers and people who are using Bots to secure MULTIPLE PURCHASES, Leaving no space or any pairs for the ones who truly desire on owning the pair of sneakers of their dreams! It’s annoying and pretty frustrating. Don’t believe the fact that NIKE is doing everything they can to fix the battle with resellers and people who are using Bots. They don’t care as long as their merchandise is being sold out after every release is really great business for them. I Warned You guys first before installing this app, it comes with a lot of frustration.. until Nike really does something to fix this, there is not any chance for regular people like us who do things the right way… good luck to everybody I hope this changes for all of us who truly still have passion for sneakers…

Great app
This app is absolutely terrific! At first I was feeling dreaded on constantly trying to go to stores to get my Jordan’s just to find out that it’ll be sold out in my size anyway. When I came across this app I contemplated because I didn’t know if it was a scam or if it was actually legit. So I took the courage to order one of my Jordan’s which were the air Jordan retro 9’s that were all black. I went to my local shoe store and they were sold out at exactly 9 am so when I ordered it off the app I didn’t know if it was gonna be sold out or not, but comes to find out it wasn’t! They had my exact size and all I needed to do was create an account with my touch id passcode and just like that I got them. A few hours later it emailed me saying my order has been received and 2 days later emailed me again saying it has been shipped. About 3-4 days after I got my shoes in the mail! I just ordered another pair which was the Homage To Home retro 1’s and the same thing successfully happened. I absolutely LOVEEEEE this app and do not regret getting it, and will continue using it for here on out. :)

This app has never worked.
I typically don’t write reviews on apps. This one is an exception. I haven’t hit on a limited shoe that has immediately sold out ever. I have tried at least 5 times in the last three months simply to get error messages over and over again. I really like snkrs as an app when it’s not releasing a shoe. But every time a shoe drops it completely dismantles and hardly functions. This app makes me want to give up on trying to win through NIKE. Also. Snkrs pass. How can you legitimately expect fairness when the app is fully booked in 10 seconds. I timed it. Watched it happen time and time again. It’s the same people catching every drop and I try and try just to miss out. The last release I was able to purchase was the DMP six for someone else in April of 2020. That’s over a year of missed releases. I understand you cannot satisfy everyone but at a certain point you gotta understand that this makes me never even want to try again. NEEDS WORK! Try a Snkrs pass with the draw feature?

Not Dependable, Flawed Processing
I went on the app today at 9:59 am to purchase the Jordan 1 Pine Greens and as soon as the time hit 10:00 i purchased the shoes just to be told they were sold out. My order was pending for about 5 minutes and then i was informed they were sold out. This was a complete waste of time in my opinion. If you purchase the shoes within 5 seconds of availability how could they sell out that fast?? I thought this app was supposed to counter all this nonsense but I see that it’s still impossible to buy Jordans. The process is flawed or either Nike needs to make more, its obviously a high demand so why make the supply so limited??? I ended up paying a full hundred dollars above retail from the EBAY app. If EBAY is more reliable than the Nike SNKRS app itself i see no point of having this app at all. I am fed up with this Nike App at this point and this is the reason people are being killed and robbed over shoes. I’m starting to believe Nike is intentionally making a small amount to hype the products and i think its absurd.

Good luck winning anything
You could wait all day by your phone with this app opened and you staring at it nonstop for a shoe drop, and still won’t get a pair of shoes. Instead of Nike doing something logical like sending out tokens or coupons as a raffle for the shoe they make you get in line behind all the bots and all the other fake accounts that get 20 pairs of shoes for some reason. After all that when there is a glimmer of hope and your about to submit. It gives you a error either a financial error or some kind of random error. This error then throws you farther back in the line so it’s almost impossible to get shoes. So you’re sitting there trying to get a pairs of shoes, with all these errors popping up, using the same exact information that the Nike app has used in the past only to finally get the “sold out” greyed out button. Do yourself a favor Nike, just have a raffle that cross checks every bit of information that a user inputs. If 4 pairs of the same shoe size are going to the same house maybe that person used a purchasing bot. Or here’s another idea, verify all of your Nike accounts and have them submit photo identification to validate their identities, and then do a raffle. Adidas had a better system!

SNKRS
Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but it's definitely better than paying inflated resale prices. Personally, I've never had any luck with Dunks; it feels more like playing a rigged game. The sneaker resale market and bots have completely ruined the excitement of sneaker releases, so you have to take the good with the bad. Overall, this app does exactly what it's designed to do: create hype around limited edition shoes with less than a 5% chance of actually getting them, so that you keep coming back for more. It's a clever business strategy that keeps you hooked and sells you hope instead of actual products. And it works perfectly because despite all the complaints about not hitting, we all still come back for that rush of success or the disappointment of "it didn't work out this time." My advice is to use the app as if the drops don't really matter, that way it won't be as painful. If you happen to win, great. But if you don't, it's not a big deal because deep down, you probably wasn’t gonna hit one them anyway. Sorry for the lengthy review, I just wanted to share my two cents.

Had my-doubts
Was reading a review about how hard it was for ordinary customers, like myself to purchase new drops. I saw this Sneaker about four weeks ago and I knew I had to have it. Even got my dates mixed up and tried to purchase it on the 5th not realizing that I was two days early from the original 7th drop date. Even went as far as calling customer service to complain. So this morning I was really doubtful that I was ever going to be able to get this shoe especially after reading the terrible review. But I tried anyway. When my purchase went to pending my skepticism increased even more because that what the review said generally happens before they boot you out of the line. So I just went back to work. About five minutes later I got an alert that I had booked the sneakers. Contrary to all my doubts Sneakerz is a great site and I will using it again. This was my first time I ever used it, but it won’t be my last. Thank You for increasing my confidence in your went. Be Blessed.

Great design, love the app, but never get notified of drops
SNKRs is an awesome app and love the way they’ve designed it. It’s simple, easy to use, and easy to buy your favorite sneakers. It’s outfitted similarly to Instagram with large photos of the shoes you want to purchase. I do wish they showed more photos of the sneakers on feet and with outfits to give me some ideas, however its not that hard to instagram or google outfit ideas. One bug that I’ve noticed that “bugs” me is that I’ll hit “get Notified” on a sneaker drop and never get notified or alerted that it is happening or will happen. I’ll open the app days later and the sneaker will evidently be sold out. This happens a lot. I double checked my Notifications settings on my iPhone and everything is set to alert me, but I never get alerted of a drop, so I always miss out on the best sneakers. Also, its confusing to go between essentially 2 apps to get the shoe I’m looking for. If SNKRs doesn’t have it, I’ll have to pop on over to the Nike app to look for the shoe. I’m not sure why there’s the complexity of jumping between 2 apps to buy something that should be as easy as a 1 stop shop from one brand.

Terrible App
Has now ruined two releases for me in a row. Apple Pay does not work on this app. Every time I try to buy shoes, it says there was a problem processing your payment. This is the cards hooked up to my Apple Pay that I use to purchase everything else in the world, so I know it’s not my cards or my phone. Don’t try to get your release on this app, it will only screw you over. Thank god for footaction and finishline, they saved me both times. I will never use this app again though. It doesn’t even tell you if you got the shoes right away. How do you not know if you have them in stock? Every other website does. Then after 5 minutes of it sayin pending, it just says there was a problem processing the payment. I tried all of my cards, including credit cards that have a ton of space on and it doesn’t work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. You will be disappointed if you can’t the hottest shoe because this app can’t handle processing a simple payment. There’s so many better sites and apps than this one. Very disappointed that this app is so bad but is run by Nike. This app is pathetic and you can’t even purchase shoes on here so don’t waste your time. I would say it’s only good to send notifications when the shoes are being dropped

A few bugs. Other than that it’s worked
So I’ll start off by saying that I’ve been able to cop every shoe that I’ve tried get on this app. From the cement fours, to the bred fours just this past Saturday. My main problems with the app is every time I got to purchase a shoe, I need my password. Even tho it’s setup up for Face ID, and in the past, Touch ID. Another bug I’ve noticed is on the account tab of the app. When I click on my favorites tab, and also the purchased tab, all of my favorites and purchases are not shown. Some show up when they want to. Others never show up. And others never move. This is frustrating because I like to be able to show people stuff that I have bought, or things that I think are cool. But it like every time I go to those sections it’s like the app plays this game of “ what are we going to show today “. I’ve literally had to go and re-favorite things that I’ve already favorited and at this point I’m like what’s even the point of the feature.

Love the app, hate the drops
I actually love the app and it’s set up for the most part. It’s visually appealing and functional but when it comes to actually securing sneakers on release day through this app? It’s a true hit or miss. And I take more misses than anything. I feel like I’m a loyal user and I participate in the majority of drops but I’m rarely successful in getting a W. It shouldn’t be this hard to “win” a chance to BUY shoes. Then no matter what I do I can’t get exclusive access to save my life, meanwhile there’s people that get it almost every single drop. It doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t seem fair that the same people get to benefit while others never do. I’ve known of so many people that say they haven’t gotten W on the app in years or those that have never ever gotten Exclusive Access. There has to be a way to make this process fairer or allow the rewards to be beneficial/accessible to more people.

Trash trap, they don’t care you.
I used this app 4 years. However, I just got less than 10 pairs which every one can get it, like off white x Nike Vapor street. There are all bots in there, and they don’t care. They just let them got. Then sell higher prices to customers. That is all for advertising effect. It’s just a trap. I do not want to use dirty words in there. But it is absolutely trash trap app. You can see adidas yeezy, they also have bots problem. But they will think about some stratagems to deal with customers. And to update their technology to fix bots problem. But for Nike, SNKRS, they don’t care you. They could be deal with bots, sell 95% pairs to bots, and only 5% for real customers. If you are real fan of sneaker. Let me up. And let’s together say no. You see the environment of sneakers, they don’t buy shoes for wearing, just reselling. Putting the price straight up. They destroyed the original environment of sneaker culture. Let’s kick them out from our culture. FK u. By the way, I miss that culture like before, we bought sneaker and wear them on the street. Share with friends, some we can exchange them or trade them, shoes for shoes. But now… you saw that.

Needs improvement
Nike needs to find a way to get shoes into peoples hands that really want them. The whole purchase and draw system they have in place is a joke. It doesn’t matter if you are fast at checkout because the whole process in general is randomized. Being fast at checkout only guarantees your spot in the lottery and nothing else. They do this to “protect” the shoes from getting into the hands of resellers and into the hands of people who want them. Well Nike let’s face it, resellers across the country are using countless devices to improve their chances. On top of that, the shock drops are a joke. Bot sites have monitors that know when these drops will occur. I come across countless of online pages where these Bot sites brag about notifying their users before shock drop. Not really a shock is it Nike? Nike caters to the resell market. They should honestly just set up a preorder for a limited time for in demand shoes. This way everyone who preorders gets a chance.

Good Luck
If anyone new is downloading the SNKRS app with the hopes of hitting on a draw or scoring your size for a high demand sneaker, just know it’s not going to happen. I collect and display Jordan’s and 8 months in I am 0-15 on any of the shoes I’ve attempted. I’ve bought 4 pairs for my sister and daughter through app and Nike store purchases, but was only to score two different Jordan 3’s and one Jordan 4 with the help of Dicks Sporting goods through in store reservations. People online and workers through the Nike app will tell you all kinds of tips and tricks to help your chances but no matter what you do the reality is that it won’t help you unless it’s a shoe that won’t sell out or your size doesn’t happen to be as in demand. It’s a ploy for you to use their app more and more with the hope being you will hit one day on a drop. You’re better off knowing that’s not how it will work so don’t have high hope. All resellers or people using bots will continuously win while you lose. Just know that. Try to score big drops through Dicks when they have them because I’m 3 for 3 using Dicks.

No chance
The amount of times I tried for certain shoes and don’t get it is a disgrace. Out of 15 shoes that I tried to get I got 0. There should be a thing that if people ONLY go for the heaters, drawings and shock drop heaters they should be put last. Should put people who actually bought other types of shoes then heaters first up since they don’t ALWAYS go for the hot shoes. Just tried for the 4’s and guess what? Of course sold out in my size like ALL the other times. I mean I know other people got the same size but I’ve never gotten a pair that was heater. Always gotta get it from a resellers that ups the price. Feel like it’s just a waste of time to even try to get good shoes on this app unless you actually use bots. They say it’s all luck I guess I ain’t got none.. ever. Better off spending hundreds more at the reseller then to try on this app cuz this app will break your hopes. Probably gonna try on release day but again I doubt I’ll get it like all the others. Do what you want with this information just thought I share some honest review from someone that doesn’t use bots. Maybe others are more lucky then me. Do better SNKRS!!

SNKRS needs to evolve
Like many who are writing reviews, I love sneakers and especially Nike sneakers. However, the SNKRS app needs to evolve to combat bots being used by resellers to allow those who choose to play by the rules a fighting chance to purchase the latest hyped sneakers. I and many others are increasingly and repeatedly unsuccessful when attempting to make purchases using this app. I’m unaware of any effort on Nike’s behalf to update the user interface or experience for this app that prevents bot usage. Brand owners like Chris Gibbs of Union worked with Shopify to combat this very issue and were successful in thwarting rampant bot usage when the Union x AJ4s dropped. It’s not rocket science, Nike, and you can do something. However, it appears you don’t have a desire. There are even pre-order sales models that could ensure a win-win scenario for Nike and the consumer. “Just do It” or something because if you’re really paying attention, the community is becoming more vocal with their dissatisfaction with this app and its ability to deliver fair results. Please do something, Nike. Hopefully someone from the SNKRS dev team that can influence change will read this and positively impact future sprint development for SNKRS.

Thanks SNKRS
So a little backstory… in 2001 I was a wide eyed 19 year old kid. I was proud to have my own apartment and my own vehicle. I wanted these shoes more than anything at the time but I just couldn’t manage the extra funds to get them. So I just accepted that it wasn’t meant to be and went on with my life. Then 2010 comes and the cool grey 11’s are once again going to be released. I was 28 and deep into addiction. My life was a downward spiral. I barely even noticed that they were being Released again. Now to present day- I start seeing Twitter posts about a possible “shock drop” for the cool grey 11’s. I am coming up on 1 year sober and I also just got approved for my first credit card since I was 18. So when I saw that GOT EM screen pop up AND it being my first credit card purchase I was elated! For me it’s more than just copping a shoe. These shoes will represent my success in sobriety and in life. Thanks Nike.

App lags during limited releases
There have been numerous times when I go into app right before a release and when the clock turns to the time of release, the app will sit there and load for a while until you either reload the app or log out and back in. And a lot of times when that happens, it’ll say you’re in line with sale pending, and then say that your size is sold out. It did that once again today, it happens so often, I’ve become accustomed to it. What made it worse is that it didn’t show the “Jordan Reserve”(restock of limited Jordan’s) on my feed until I logged out of the app and back in. I have been checking in on the app every 2 hours since 9:30 for the earth day releases and I didn’t even know about the “Jordan reserve” stuff until I got on Instagram and I still missed out on the earth day releases too. So if you’re a sneaker head, get used to missing out a lot of releases, especially if its been hyped up. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, now join me in taking these Ls.

Too many issues with the app & Nike
Ordered Concord 11s. While trying to order the app kept stating my home address and my parents address were both invalid addresses. I finally got it to accept my parents address. My shoes were shipped out. The app said the tracking number was Fedex. Later found out was a UPS tracking number. After I was finally able to track my package, UPS said my address was incorrect. I called and told them it was not and that they delivered to the address plenty of times. Long story short, my shoes were never delivered. UPS lost the package some time over the weekend after I called them to “update” my address. Once they found the package, they sent it back to Nike instead of delivering them to me. I had been looking forward to getting these shoes all year and now I do not have them. Nike customer service is horrible. I asked if I could just repurchase my shoes that got sent back to them because I did not request them to be sent back and it was UPS fault losing the package and not attempting to deliver the shoes at all. They simply said there was nothing they could do and most of the customer service reps were pretty rude at that🤬😡😤

What a joke
Nike shows all the future releases and gives you a “notify me” option but it doesn’t really matter because you can NEVER get the shoes you really want. I have everything set up with fingerprint recognition and the second they go on sale push purchase and always end up “in line”. After 3-8 minutes of waiting “in line” I get a message saying the shoes are sold out in my size and I should pick a different size and try again. Are you serious?!? They’re shoes. It’s not a flavor of ice cream. I wear a certain size and that’s it. Why would I want a different size? But don’t worry. Nike will reserve shoes for you that they think you’ll like. It’s just weird that they only reserve shoes that are widely available and don’t need to be reserved. I’m a true sneakerhead and want to buy shoes that I can wear, not that I can resell to make a profit. It’s an absolute joke the way it’s done and Nike doesn’t care as long as they get their money. Don’t waste your time with this garbage app. It will only frustrate you to see the shoes you actually want being bought up by resellers. I’m just wondering when Nike is gonna start selling clown shoes because that’s how they run this app. What a joke. 🤡👟

Straight like that I buy a pair a shoes as soon as they dropped not 1 second late after it goes through it says pending I believe I’m waiting at 10:01 around 10:06 I got back to the app and the h03 says sold out how is it sold out and I didn’t get a pair I just am in shocked ruined my day I just don’t know y’all h035 with the click bots relax why y’all even use them like dang make it fare and I can’t rate it 0 star’s so here is 1 Also with any major shoe dropping no matter what you won’t be selected if there is a drawing even if you aren’t in a draw and you buy the shoe at 10:00 exact it says order pending then few moments later you weren’t selected like why if I was first to get there like many others and no matter what size you try to get you won’t be one of those who are selected only way you can get shoes off snkr app if they are lame non resell-able shoe I hate this app

Wish Snkrs would be better
I been buying sneakers on the snkrs app for some time now. The app does have some good points and a lot of flaws. For one I can’t hardly never get exclusive access to hardly nothing like for the hype shoes I already know when it comes to snkrs app I can forget I got so I don’t even bother with it cause I already know I’m not going to win, draws or get exclusive access. It seems like it’s always the same people in the sneaker community that gets all the EA or wins the draws which I put in for alot of draws and haven’t won NOT 1 thing. It gets very frustrating when you want something for retail and I can’t get it now I have to go pay 2x or even 5x more. If Snkrs would be more fair to the people that don’t win draws or get EA the app would be a better success but right now and for a very long time it just hasn’t been!!!!

3 strikes you’re out.
I have tried giving this app a try just to give Nike some respect. The overall design and information this apps lays out is top tier. I can say the app is easy-to-use, aesthetically appealing, and a complex app made into something simple (buying shoes). Now I don’t write reviews, but now that I have attempted to buy 3 different shoes. Waking up earlier then my alarm sets because I don’t want to miss a released timeframe. I have everything set up so that all I have to use is Face ID. I refresh the app as soon as release is a minute away. And now I’m in line. 3 times. 3 times I have done this process with no luck. I get hit with a pending status to find out in 3-5 mins my size is out of stock. Maybe I just don’t have the luck of draw. Maybe it’s the app. Whatever it is. My recommendation will be to use another source. I have used another app and got the shoes I wanted, the size I wanted, 3 times in a row. Great app. Not so great experience. And maybe the app it’s not at fault. But I’m tired of waking up earlier then needed to find out it was for nothing. My services are now placed elsewhere.

Needs so many tweaks
Honestly, this is ASIDE from the apps horrible W to L ratio. This thing requires SO MANY tweaks. The content is horrible. The “interaction pieces” are boring and don’t grab our attention. Even the live interviews could use an upgrade. The app fails during popular drops, and rarely saves information like CC # for check out or personal info like size. I just feel like a massive juggernaut like Nike should have a top of the line app with content and information a sneaker enthusiast (“sneaker head”) would want to see, interact with, and learn about. If Nike is still looking to make SNKRS a social media-esque platform they couldn’t be more off the mark, right now. And while I’m at it, these delays are insane. Why are you releasing a Halloween AF1 close to thanksgiving? Just keep them in the vault until next year. It’s really no wonder you’re afraid of brands like New Balance. Nike’s flown too close to the sun and their wings are getting torched. Improve the app integration and its content, get people more involved with the brand, and then work on production. Good luck

Honest opinion
It’s a great concept I’m not even going to lie but the execution is flawed. Truly the only reason people even have this app is for a “chance” at hyped shoes. I’ve seen people literally beg, so rituals, basically anything they can think of for every release and not get one shoe while someone who barely opens the app gets exclusive access on top of hitting a good amount of shoes. It doesn’t seem to reward or even favor the the ones who’ve been using the app longest, watching the videos, etc… I can honestly make a snkrs account tomorrow and probably hit a few new releases just like that. Idk what the snkrs algorithm is but I truly believe this app needs a revamp. Where people who haven’t hit in over a year some even longer can finally get something opposed to Billy bob who just downloaded the app and is getting everything under the sun. I don’t get it but this app literally drives the resell market after the constant Ls.. Stock x will surely have your size smh.

This app has a lot of problems 😞😢
I just tried to buy the Travis Scott air Jordan 1 high sail color way I was on the app since 9:58am-11am I tried everything restarting the app I used my phone and my girl friends phone on her account with 2 different payment methods me and he have 4 bars LTE on our phone plus super fast WiFi and our accounts have all of our information saved and when we go to purchase we sign in with our Nike pass to pay and it kept telling us there was an error I double check all our information on the app everything was correct and the app continued to tell me there was an error from 10am-11am the app never took my payment even tho I have over $7,000 in my account that doesn’t make sense why would there be a error for taking out basically 200$ from my account when ever I try and purchase a limited sneaker on this app I never get a chance to win and it’s really unfair and I feel like these sneaker companies don’t care about the people who actually try and purchase the shoe the proper way with all their information saved and everything there still no way of winning

Not A Good Shopping Experience
I like having the SNKRS app as a way of seeing what shoes Nike has available, but as an online shopping experience it's been incredibly frustrating. Over the last three months I've had five separate occasions where I've been unable to order something because of technical problems in the app. There have been times where the app won't refresh, or I'll enter in shipping information and it won't let me click save and continue. Other times it won't accept my default payment method and then time out. Perhaps the most frustrating part of all this is when everything finally works like it's supposed to, but then you get put in a queue to see if you secured a pair. You'll sit there and wait, sometimes up to two or three minutes, only to be denied. I like the concept of this app, and am hopeful that it will eventually work as intended, but it's quickly turning me off of Nike shoes. Every time I see amazing sneakers like The 10 line, I know it will be almost impossible to get, because the SNKRS app will get in the way.

Just like the dealers do it...
I like the idea of this app as it allows you to attempt to get limited release sneakers without having to wait in line at a store. However the major draw back is that the app VERY RARELY works as it’s supposed to, especially if it’s a shoe that has a drawing involved, at that point you might as well forget it. Today I tried to purchase the Air Max 90 Mars Landing and I went about my normal ritual of being up at the crack of dawn waiting for the release and just like always I completed the purchase protocol in about 3 seconds and got the “You’re in Line” message. After about 5 minutes of no notification I picked up my phone opened the app and saw that it was frozen and when it refreshed itself I got the “All of your size is sold out” 🤣🤣🤣. It’s laughable how pointless this app is, but we all keep trying because we’re sneaker junkies. So good on Nike for tempting us with a few transactions that actually worked, like dealers that sell a pure product but then cut it to keep you coming back for more because the high is weakened. Nike we love you but this app is an insult to your customer and fan base.

Worst App Ever!!!
DO NOT USE!!! They don’t deserve a star!!! They fool you with release dates. They are lying!!! The shoes sell out before you get a chance to order them. If you call NIKE they are NO help at all. They tell you different stories because they are lying. Try another app because this one is fake and they never have anything. Also they only show certain people certain shoes. I know from experience I was on the app at 9:58 am waiting on 10:00 am. When it was 10:00 am and 00 seconds the shoe status when from coming soon to sold out. We both called NIKE at the same time and got two different answers both were lies. Another time I ordered shoes, paid for them, received a confirmation, and they cancelled my order days later but didn’t refund my money until I called and voiced my opinion. I spend to much money with this app and Nike they tried the wrong person!!!

Too susceptible to bots; too many bugs
Bots absolutely destroy this Nike app — I think more than any other other sneaker app available or online site, Adidas, finish line, etc. — and the number of bugs it regularly has to fix are insane. On a hyped release?...forget about it. 9/10 the site/app is more likely to crash than for you to actually secure a pair. Matter of fact, on a hype release, you should probably hope for an app/site-wide crash. That’d actually increase your odds of getting a pair (not your size, necessarily, but A PAIR...lol). Can’t even simply input online gift card information without expecting delays, or entire resets, on said information upon trying to check out. Kind of a joke at this point. You’d expect more out of a major company like Nike, at least after this amount of time has passed since the app has been out. Disappointing.

Functionality with Style
By far one of the best app to have in your collection if your a sneaker enthusiast. Everything is pretty simple and laid out for you. If you don't want to forget some of the biggest release of the year this is the app for you. If you just want a easier way to purchase kicks that have been on your radar ( Nike x Jordans only) then this is the app for it too. Just a clean app and awesome with the Apple Pay. Update: After having this app for awhile still Is an awesome app. Im still giving it 5 stars despite the once in a while glitches ; like having to refill in payment , shipping info that is already saved to your NIKE profile , and getting error message your first attempt to purchase exact when it drops. Honestly thats with any sneaker related website or apps apart of the sneaker game when everyone is trying to get the same sneaker.

I liked the app until bugs caused me to miss chances at certain shoes
Purchased my sneakers from the app multiple times. But when really popular releases are coming the app somehow resets the “notify me” button and if you don’t have the app running 24/7 you’ll have to continuously hit “notify me” over and over. Had this issue in the past thought it was fixed until both the Gatorade NRG 6’s and the recent Cap and Gown 11’s, where a new issue has been occurring. With a notification set, on the release date of the shoes all of a sudden those that you had a reminder set for somehow aren’t listed and don’t show up as if the shoes don’t exist. I work most mornings and NEVER have the option to go to a store to pick up new sneakers so this app was my last resort. Unfortunately I won’t be using the app until I can trust that these bugs will be fixed.

Worst APP ever
It’s hard to believe this app has such high ratings with how many bugs it has. I’ve used it 3 times, all of which 3 times it did not function properly. To start, if you want to be notified of a drop, you have to do it MINUTES before. Anytime I set an alert a day or two before it suddenly vanished like it never happened. And it’s not user error, my spouses app does the same thing. Secondly, it CONSTANTLY crashes. When they have a new drop there is a 98% chance of the app crashing, or not loading. Whatever server the app is held on, needs to be upgraded to maintain the flow of traffic. Lastly, the app always does something strange each drop. Sometimes it decides to randomly log you out, other times it says your password is incorrect multiple times but you’re able to login with the SAME password in the website, confirming the password is not correct and it’s a system issue. Don’t even get started on customer service, zero empathy, acknowledgment I’m surprised Nike doesn’t have a lawsuit for all these problems yet.

Waste of Time
This app is ridiculous. Furthermore, I am inclined to believe that it is rigged. The notifications come 15 minutes before a shoe release which is nice; however, at the time you select the shoe to buy, or even get through to the payment page, there is an issue with the server. There have been enough shoe releases at this point that there should be minimal to no “server errors.” When trying to enter payment information, an error message appears stating “we encountered an error” with no indication as to what the error may be. For example, I got through to the payment screen 10+ times for one pair of shoes, and each time there was an error. I recommend that detailed error messages be included to assist users in identifying exactly what the problem may be, such as “we could not verify your card.” If you get through to wait in line for the shoe, then they’ve all of a sudden “sold out” or “no longer have your size.” It’s truly hard to believe after receiving error message after error message, and then waiting for a ridiculous amount of time.

Great App but a little worried
Love this app. I am able to get my sneakers without having to get out of the house. What I am worried about is the same reason why I have left a lot of other apps. They allow these auto bots to take over the apps. Sometimes I put in for sneakers and the app deletes my information where I have to log back in and put in my credit card information. By the time I do that the sneakers I want are sold out. Sometimes the app mysteriously freezes. These are all things that disappoints a faithful buying customer like me. You need to find a way of controlling that. I never understood the reason of putting out a small amount of sneakers. If you put out enough sneakers everyone will buy it and this will prevent people buying the sneakers the triple the price of the sneakers.

Nike Employee resigns due to family fraud/scam
So it was revealed that a high ranking Nike employee who has recently stepped down due to intense scrutiny and evidence of fraud for helping her kids obtain shoes off the very App she was in charge of and her kids were reselling shoes for big money. Nike hasn’t made this app fair in any way. It’s not random. You lose 99.9% of the time. This app was not a shoe fans best friend. It was an outlet for fraud and for deception. These cowards had the mindset “What you don’t know won’t hurt you”. However, lots of people were hurt. They didn’t get something they truly wanted. They had their hearts set on obtaining a limited shoe which was highly sought after. But didn’t win. Now the evidence is out and points to Nike employee(s) who were behind the scam and basic theft of product only to be resold for higher premiums on the after market. Nike was in on this scam as well. I’m done with this app. I never paid nor will pay ANY resell price(s) ever. I will miss out. And most if not majority of you will too. You’ve been scammed by Nike. And they knew it the whole time. Think about that....

Consistently disappointed
This app would be cool if it didn’t deny purchase from almost every single exclusive release. You can literally hit the purchase button as soon as a shoe releases and still be denied or “not chosen”. Meanwhile they allow all of these resellers and their bots to get the shoe only for them to drive the price up at least 2x the retail price. Most sneakers drop at 10am. I’ll be on the this app at least 15 minutes early and still not get my submission chosen. This app only pisses me off and makes me want to shop elsewhere. Maybe I’ll just start wearing yeezys. At least it’s fair when they drop shoes. This app is terrible. What makes it even worse, I could’ve went to stores that had pairs available, but thinking Nike would have my back I decided to cop from this app. I clicked purchase at 10:00 not a minute later today just like l always do and didn’t get selected for the shoe. This has literally been this way for years with this app and now I am completely fed up with it. This app just gets your hopes up only to screw you when it’s time to purchase.

SNKRS app Truth
Ok so let’s all not pretend that bots have a super advantage over us normal human sneaker head. The question here is how do we adapt and overcome? I have hoped in the past that Nike would fix this problem but so far no luck. 🦗’s. So you have to wonder how do we get this super dope heat without paying 3x to 4x cost? Yeah, still trying to figure that out myself! But in the meantime this is the best app out there for true heat at retail. Now a little heads up for you so you don’t get your hopes and dreams crushed out the gate. If it’s a super limited release like say the Supreme AF1 or Tinker JTH III you can forget it bots bots bots. But Air Jordan 13 White/Royal Blue or say Air Jordan 9 breads you will cop if you do your homework and are ready to go at release time. So with that said I would highly recommend this APP it beats going to your local mall and dealing with all that work. 😎 Sincerely your Dope af Sneaker Head.

Terrible Checkout
I downloaded the app yesterday and set everything up specifically for shoes that were to drop today because I understood people have trouble with the app but I really liked these shoes out of any others in my time. Signed in at the correct time and was able to put shoes in my cart, went through normal checkout, and even added shipping info and confirmed everything, upon hitting submit it asked me to enter my password again (while signed in) in order to purchase. I usually use Face ID however for whatever reason this password was not saved and I used a unique password as typically suggested. I lost the shoes while attempting to reset the password. Deleted the app. If it’s for security, an email or text can be sent after the purchase to confirm order - if not for security I have no idea why someone signed into both their phone and the app successfully would need to enter their password AT THE END of checkout . Won’t download again, I understand now why people typically just overpay for resold shoes instead of dealing with this. Disappointed

Extremely frustrated
I have entered almost every draw for the past year and never win. Also the SNKRS reservations are rigged. As soon as u click on it everything is sold out. No one‘s fingers are there fast. U can’t even pick a size. How can That be possible in less than a second. It’s not fair that if I want any exclusive nice sneaker I have to pay 2 to 3 times reseller prices. I’ve been buying Nike my whole life but can never get the sneakers I really want. Everyone should get a chance. My friend won the vapor max draw twice on a draw in a row. If everyone gets an opportunity how does he win twice in a row and I can never win. Their needs to be a better system or make more to meet demands and stop making these low level crappy sneakers. You can’t even buy a nice sneaker at footlocker anymore. Everything sold out before hits the shelf.

App Crashes and Bots still get more shoes than people
During releases such as the restock of the Lost and Founds, the app would not load. When I finally got to the payment page it would not allow me submit payment. The button was grayed out even though all information was loaded. I switched forms of payments multiple times. When the submit payment button finally was clickable, it continually said payment processing error. After 10 minutes of going through this and the app not working, I tried switching to the website. The website also kept crashing. Finally the shoe sold out. Then I see posts from shoe resellers who got 10-20 pairs of shoes. You have not effectively addressed the bot issue and regular customers are not getting the chance to enjoy your product without having to pay 5-10 times the cost from a reseller with bots. Nike you seriously need to do better. This is completely unfair to your customers and I’m just done having to fight just to buy a pair of shoes.

Didn’t function, useless
I downloaded the app specifically for the Powerpuff Girls limited release product. The UI is difficult to navigate since the main page is all videos of shoe ads. I logged in right at the mark of the timed release, and was treated to a virtual scratch-off that revealed a shoe. That was it; no notice if I was successful or not, just a picture of a shoe on a beaker. The next release was an hour later, and it asked for a payment to process in order to “join the draw”; I suppose if I won the draw it would charge me for the shoes. It never let me submit my payment! I changed the payment type three times and it never moved on from that screen! I tried to reload the app and by that point the release window had closed. Infuriating process. I would think that since Nike is a marketing company, the tools they have for the market would at least WORK. I’ve always thought their product was crap, now I know that their app is as well. Pretty much done with Nike as this point.
